Are you attracted to the sounds and rhythm of Italian and wish you understood some basic phrases? Do you love visiting Italy on holiday and wish you could communicate in Italian at a basic level? Do you like learning something new? If you have answered yes to the above questions, this is the course for you! This workshop is topic-based with the emphasis placed firmly on communication - the main aim is to develop some basic communication skills in Italian, in particular listening and speaking skills. There will be a variety of activities including pair work to practise speaking skills and develop basic fluency. Learners will acquire a simple range of everyday vocabulary and phrases. There will also be some practice with numbers and currency.
