Extended Project Qualification (EPQ)

UPDATED 20151217 13:31:10

Studying for the EPQ helps to develop essential skills needed for university and beyond, such as research skills; evaluative and analytical skills; the ability to write in detail on a topic of the student’s choice/area of interest. During the course of the year we aim to provide a trip to the University of Hertfordshire to attend a one-day seminar on research skills and also have the opportunity to use their facilities. The Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) is highly recommended by schools and leading higher education institutions for enabling students to acquire independent learning skills. These skills will help their existing study and prepare them for higher education or working life.
