This course builds on and develops the modules studied at AS level. Module 3 Media Investigation and Production is a coursework module where, in negotiation with your teacher, you will choose your own media text to investigate and then produce a research investigation, a practical production linked to the area of research and a brief evaluation. In Module 4 Text, Industry and Audience you will study the relationship between media texts, their audiences and the industries which produce and distribute them. You will examine a broad range of texts from the following industries television, radio, film , music, newspaper and magazine, advertising and computer games.
