The Level 4 Diploma course is designed for care workers & support staff that are currently looking to increase their responsibilities and progress. The course is suitable for anyone working in the public, private & voluntary Health & Social Care sector. Learner's pathways can be selected from the generic pathway, learning disabilities or dementia to tailor the award to the service users they support. This qualification will allow the learner to progress into a more senior role as well as start the route of progression into management or university.
