There is no competition in Yogalates, so you will be working at your own level. This course is designed for those looking to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through physical activity or health awareness.

The ILR is a way for you to identify your strengths, challenges and interests and set your own personal targets. This, in turn, will inform the tutor of your starting point and ensure you get the best out of your course. With your tutor you will revisit the ILR regularly so that progress and further actions can be discussed, agreed and recorded.
