M07C28D: The aim of this course is to learn a range of new tasty vegetarian dishes, some of which may include some dairy products, which are easy to cook, healthy, mostly low cost. This course is designed to promote safe working practices in the kitchen. It is aimed at either men or women with some basic cooking knowledge who wish to refresh their skills and learn some exciting new recipes using vegetables, some of which may include dairy products. You will be able to work reasonably at your own pace. You should have enthusiasm and a keen interest in cookery.
