C08C23EW: Using a range of Pilates techniques to tone and strengthen all the main groups of muscles, with particular focus on the abdominals and back, whilst improving your posture, flexibility and balance. This course is designed for those looking to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through physical activity or health awareness. This is a non-impact, easy-going toning class which is suitable for those new to exercise, individuals coming back from an injury and beginners to Pilates. Please note a certain degree of mobility is required, as this is mainly a mat based class.
