Computers - Beginners Extra

B06C26B: This course introduces students to Windows Explorer, managing files and folders and using Microsoft Excel to create and edit simple spreadsheets. It will also revisit sending an email with an attachment, for example, digital photographs. This course is an ideal follow on from Beginners Plus and is aimed at those who have some knowledge or experience of computers, and those wishing to gain confidence in using their computer at home or work.

The ILR is a way for you to identify your strengths, challenges and interests and set your own personal targets. This, in turn, will inform the tutor of your starting point and ensure you get the best out of your course. With your tutor you will revisit the ILR regularly so that progress and further actions can be discussed, agreed and recorded.
