Cookery - Introduction To Gluten Free Baking

S07C15F: The aim of this course is to bake with confidence using gluten-free baking products to suit your dietary requirements. This course is designed to promote safe and sustainable practices for you and others. It is aimed at either men or women with some basic cooking knowledge who wish to refresh their skills and acquire new ones in baking and pastry work. You will be able to work reasonably at your own pace. You should have enthusiasm and a keen interest in cookery.

This, in turn, will inform the tutor of your starting point and ensure you get the best out of your course. With your tutor you will revisit the ILR regularly so that progress and further actions can be discussed, agreed and recorded.
