This course is designed to study how our digestive system works; learn the truth about the food we eat; the effect the environment has on our bodies and the amount and type of exercise we really need in order to enjoy the best health. Individual records and assessments by a qualified Nutritional Advisor and Dance/Exercise coach aimed to motivate individuals to make small changes on the path to a healthy weight and feeling of wellbeing. Socialising and learning with people with similar objectives has many advantages including group motivation and the optional sharing of experiences.
