Please bring plenty of water - it is essential to keep hydrated. Bring a light towel as you may be very sweaty. Optional: Toning sticks or light dumbbells 1kg or under. Anything heavier may be difficult to begin with and is not recommended until the class tutor assesses student's fitness levels. Wear comfortable sportswear and supportive footwear - i.e. trainers, dance pumps, t-shirt, leggings etc. Optional: Toning sticks or light dumbbells 1kg or under.
