Do you have a sewing machine and are not sure how to use it properly? Learn how to select the correct tension. Practise stitch lengths and widths, blind hemming, buttonholes, joining fabric and fine hemming. Bring in your own sewing machine or use one of ours.

The students will work on their personal machine with constant tutor input. Group discussion and feedback is encouraged. All electrical equipment used within the Learning Centre is regularly tested for safety. Learners who bring their own sewing machines into the Learning Centre do so at their own risk.
