An apron or overall, and wear old clothes and shoes. This is a messy class. Please note that it is very difficult to use a potter's wheel if you have long finger nails. The tutor advises that you trim them before coming. You may also want to remove rings, bracelets and your watch, so precious jewellery may be safer left at home. All tools and equipment for this one day course are provided in the studio; a small charge is made for pots you choose to have fired.
