Exercise with extra emphasis on toning and sculpting your body to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Toning Sticks or Light dumbbells (Optional), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! This enhances co-ordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body. Motivating music will be played throughout the class!
