Cake Baking

suitable for beginners Please note that at the beginning of the course learners will take part in an induction to the College and the course. They will be asked to complete forms to agree to and register for their qualifications. Learners will also be asked to complete an Initial and Summative Assessment Form and an Individual Learning Plan (ILP). The ILP will be visited at regular intervals throughout the course so that learners can reflect and comment on the progress they are making. The tutor also uses these forms to monitor learners' progress and plan their lessons. This is a requirement of the Learning and Skills Council which funds these courses, and the College's own Quality Improvement Programme.
