On the Apprenticeship programmes you will complete a suite of qualifications designed to give you, or recognise your, experience in the workplace. You will gain a competence based qualification, (NVQ), along with a knowledge based qualification, a Technical Certificate. In addition, if necessary, you will complete functional skills in English, maths and ICT.On the Apprenticeship, Level 2 topics include producing documents, storing and retrieving information, making and receiving telephone calls, using a diary system, handling mail and providing reception services.On the Level 3 Apprenticeship, topics include organising and co ordinating events, minute taking, analysing and reporting data and organising meetings.
