This is a 2 year course. It will be taught predominantly in the target language with particular emphasis on developing confidence and a high level of competency in spoken French. You will also learn advanced presentation skills in order to showcase an individual research project you will prepare. You will learn advanced listening, reading and writing skills as well as how to translate competently from one language to the other. Topic areas covered will be as follows:Current trends and issues, artistic culture and political life in the French speaking society, Film studies/Literature.
