Art matters

You will explore different materials, techniques and colour to find out what suits you best. You will have the chance to experiment with different types of art and crafts and you will use a variety of objects to give you ideas and help you look at different styles You can have fun coming up with ideas and planning your designs; you will be given a chance to try them out. You will work with other members of the class to develop team work and a group activity. You will find out about the health and safety involved in art and crafts and you will go on at least one filed trip to look at an exhibition or to gain inspiration from nature or the local environment
