This course is ideal for students who have completed their Level 1 and wish to develop their skills further and gain employment within the Catering and Hospitality industry. As a student you may be asked to supply folders and writing materials. You will be able to take home some food items for a small charge. Uniform and kit will be required which costs approximately £250.00, this will include books and safety shoes. If you are progressing from Year 1 to Year 2 you are only required to purchase the year 2 text book.You may need to attend occasional external catering events to broaden your experience.You may also need to work on occasional evenings and extra days to run the college restaurant.
