The Level 2 Diploma in Basic Massage Techniques introduces you to the basic principles of massage, and how massage therapists practice. You will learn health, safety and hygiene, basic anatomy and physiology, how to prepare the treatment area, yourself and your client, how to deal with clients, how to use consultation techniques, and be able to plan basic treatments. You will learn the common benefits and techniques of massage and be able to provide basic massage treatments to certain areas of the body. This is a basic practitioner level qualification.
