The aim of this course is to help you learn to relax, de-stress and ease aches and pains by the application of Indian Head Massage. You will practise your massage techniques on other learners during the sessions. Due to the nature of the course and the practical aspects of massage, learners will need to have short fingernails in order to participate. Acrylic and other extensions are unfortunately not suitable; please consider this before enrolling.
