You will be required to study 3 core units and 4 mandatory which are:Fitness for sport and exercisePractical sports performanceCarrying out a sports related projectAnatomy and physiology for sports performanceThe sports performer in actionTraining for personal fitnessLeading sports activities.As well as the above units there will be a selection of 4 to 6 specialist and optional units selected.As part of your study programme you will also be required to study English and maths at appropriate levels.
