This course focuses on developing the skills required for learners to fully participate in a larger, more open learning environment through working on your personal and social skills as well as working towards employability and functional English and maths qualifications. For your main programme you will be taught in smaller group sizes and then join a larger, mainstream group for your taster vocational day.Learners will cover:Employability skillsPersonal and social developmentEnterprise and work related learningFunctional skills, vocational tasters.
