This qualification is suitable for learners aged 16 and above. This qualification is to guide and assess development of knowledge and skills relating to the children & young people's workforce and will provide progression to the Early Learning and Childcare, Social Care and Learning Development and Support Services workforces. This course provides a qualification for those who work with children in any capacity, for example, childminders, crèche workers and those who work in a nursery or children’s centre, or the Early Years Foundation Stage in schools. This qualification is highly valued and is beneficial whether you are already employed, or if you are looking for employment.
