VRQ Level 1/2 Diploma in Professional Catering

This 2 year course will introduce students to professional cookery, food service and customer care skills and help develop good work and organisational practices. In the first year you will work towards a Level 1 qualification in Food Preparation as well as the College Certificate in Front of House Service Skills. In the second year, you will progress ( subject to Year 1 results) onto a Level 2 qualification in Food Preparation as well as Food & Beverage Service.
