Name: Level 4 Diploma in Hospitality Management Qualification title: Vocational study not leading to a recognised qualification, Retail and Commercial Enterprise (SSA 7) Qualification type: Assessment All of the units you will research for the Edexcel BTEC Level 4 Diploma in Principles of Hospitality Management will be assessed by assignments. Assignments will be provided by Bournemouth and Poole College and the first one will be provided to you upon registration. Work is to be submitted by email and will then be marked by Bournemouth and Poole College qualified tutors.All of the units you will complete for the C&G Level 4 Diploma in Hospitality Management will be assessed by observation in your workplace. Dates and times of visits will be discussed during your tutorials. There may be times when certain areas cannot be observed by your tutor and alternative methods will be used, for example, witness testimonies signed by your employer.
