The Apprenticeship in Property Sales was a new course at The College, starting last year. At college you will study to complete your Advanced Apprenticeship, compiling a portfolio of work, studying towards the completion of an external industry recognised qualification, whilst also updating your English and Maths skills if required.In your work placement your duties will include the following: Advising clients about the buying and selling process; valuing properties; taking photos and measurements; marketing and advertising properties for sale; conducting viewings of properties; negotiating an acceptable sale price between buyer and seller.This course will also include a 2 week “Boot Camp” which will contain the following elements:* Teambuilding (including off-site activity)* Customer service training* Telephone skills training* Professional standards and work ethic* Introduction to the Property sector* Introduction to Law relevant to the Property sector
