INDIAN COOKERY: FROM STARTERS TO MAINS

This is an introductory course to learn about indian cooking all cramped in one day, it will cover making starters such as Onion Bhajis, Jerra Chicken and then a main vegetarian dish and a meat dish followed by Pilau rice and chapatties The range of spices used for different recipes together with hands on practice with an experienced tutor, also learn shortcuts to make it simple to understand the methods used for Indian cooking No previous experience in Indian cooking is needed, having done some cooking in the past would certainly help A notepad and pen may be useful if you wish to take notes. You will need to bring all the ingredients
