Creative Writing A level

This is a course for you if you already have a strong interest in creative writing, write regularly and are able to write for different audiences and purposes in timed examination conditions. You will also need to be a keen reader of fiction and non-fiction. Reading widely is an essential part of the development of the creative writer. As well as your work in the classroom, you will be expected to work independently and read widely and critically, developing your writing skills by widening your experience of reading. You must also be prepared to share work-in-progress with others in class, respond productively to feedback and develop drafting and editing skills.
