As part of the AS and A level reforms this course will follow a new specification from 2015. Students will sit AS exams at the end of Y12 to achieve a stand-alone AS qualification. Students who take this course will study four modules which are further divided into key topics covering; development of practical skills in Biology; foundations in Biology; exchange and transport; and biodiversity, evolution and disease.
