This course is suitable for those with no knowledge of sewing. Who has a keen interest in making clothes. Selecting an easy commerical pattern you will learn how to take body measurements, relate them to pattern information, cut out the correct size and make basic amendments to the pattern. Additionally you will learn to thread and use a sewing machine, bacis dressmaking techniques such as stitching darts and attaching facings.
