A Level 2 qualification enabling learners to gain the knowledge and practical competencies needed to deal with emergency first aid situations, illness and injuries in the workplace. Learners shouls be able to demonstrate the practical administration of safe, prompt and effective first aid. Learners will be assessed through practical tasks and multiple choice tests. For learners to receive the concession you must be unemployed and on JSA/ ESA (WRAG) or in receipt of Universal Credit (Mandated).
