YOGA MIXED ABILITY

This course aims to consolidate your Yoga practise with a variety of postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. By the end of the course you should be able to practise two different breathing exercises, one warm up routine and perform a variety of poses including: the butterfly pose, the bridge pose and the cow face pose.
