This Higher Level Apprenticeship programme is suitable for those working as office managers, administration team leaders, personal assistants or business development executives, and who have significant experience of working in a business environment. The course is designed to develop management, leadership and employability skills, which are all essential for the workplace. The mandatory units of this qualification are: Manage and be accountable for own performance in a business environment; Evaluate and improve own performance in a business environment; Support the purpose and values of an organisation; Support the sustainability in a business environment; Assess, manage and monitor risk in a business environment and Communicate in a business environment. On completion of this course you may be able to progress onto a management qualification.
