This AS/A2 course builds upon work covered at GCSE. Students will further develop and extend their skills in food preparation and gain a deeper understanding of food science and nutrition. Students will be expected to participate in weekly practical activities completing written evaluations and analysing research carried out. This is an exciting course for those interested in food, nutrition and cooking. Experimental work with food will form part of investigations.
