This course aims to extend your skills beyond those covered on the Cake Decoration Mixed Abilities course. The course will develop your skills using the various mediums for a range of techniques. The course also aims to aid you in creating original work rather than just copy what has been done before. You will understand in more depth the appreciation of colour, design, proportion and texture applicable to the subject. Many of our learners come to study with us as we have industry-experienced tutors who have showcased learners work at Cake International 2015 (Bolton College won 'Best College & Group Display') and has also been featured in the National Press (Vogue Magazine - February 2015).
