Baking is the perfect way to celebrate and mark an occasion. Our industry-trained chef lecturers will show you how to make beautiful, impressive recipes to wow your family and friends. This course will introduce you to a range of pastries both sweet and savoury, cakes and desserts for afternoon tea or special occasions. Impress your guests and finish the perfect meal with a delicious cake or dessert. Jade Seaton, former learner on the Pasties, Cakes and Desserts course, says: I really enjoyed my course at Bolton College. I was barely able to make jam on toast but now I can confidently make a range of cakes and pastries. My tutor was really helpful and hands-on.
