This course is ideal if you want a career change or to work in the catering and hospitality trade. This course will teach you how the trade produce food that meets the quality and standards expected by the public when they dine out. You will be hands-on, with your skills and dishes being continuously assessed to the same level seen in food establishments. Many of our learners come to study with us because they get to work in one of the best facilities in the country with our state of the art kitchens. We have a very experienced skilled team of lecturers who are industry trained who will help you to succeed and prepare you for looking for employment in your chosen area.
