This course will develop your knowledge and skills enabling you to work effectively as a health and social care worker. It will also compliment your work-based training and give you a nationally recognised qualification in health and social care. The qualification is made up of three pathways: Generic Health and Social Care, Dementia and Learning Disability. You will choose the pathway that is relevant to your work setting.
