These courses are designed for those working within the engineering sector. A knowledge qualification in Engineering and a competence qualification linked to your job role and Engineering discipline. The details of your study will be determined by the apprenticeship framework you choose but will include: Engineering Maintenance, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technical Services and Performing Engineering Operations. You will also study Employment Rights and Responsibilities, Personal Learning & Thinking Skills and Functional Skills in English, Maths & ICT if not already achieved. On successful completion you could gain promotional opportunities within the Engineering industry, undertake Team Leading or Management qualifications or additional Engineering competence qualifications in other disciplines.
