This course is designed for those directly working within a health or health & social care environment. The course runs as a roll on roll off programme allowing individuals to access at any point throughout the year. It is a work based programme of study, which gives you the opportunity to obtain a City & Guilds qualification, by demonstrating your competence. Level 3 is more suitable for those in a senior role. You will study a competence qualification in your discipline. There are a range of different pathways; Clinical Healthcare Support, Healthcare Support Services, Maternity & Paediatric, Allied Health (Physio & OT), Perioperative. On successful completion you can progress onto higher levels of qualifications within your chosen discipline, or onto a Team Leading or Management qualifications.
