The Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) prepares you to become Early Years Educators, enabling you to work with children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children. You will cover 23 Mandatory units covering four main Themes: Theme one Health and well being, Theme 2 Legislation, frameworks and professional practice, Theme 3 - Play, development and Learning for School Readiness and Theme 4 -Professional Development. On successful completion you could progress your career pathway within the Early Years Workforce and progress onto Management qualifications.
