Customer Service Apprenticeship

Customer service is what makes or breaks a company and people with good customer service skills are what every employer wants. Customer service apprentices will usually work at the forefront of their employer's business, making sure that customers are dealt with in a clear, positive and pleasant way. In a customer service role, you might be responsible for serving customers and cash handling, offering advice, answering questions or dealing with complaints. Level 3 learners are expected to be in a position of responsibility, enabling them to undertake risk assessment, analyse data and have a good knowledge of how the business is run. You will also study Employment Rights and Responsibilities, Personal Learning and Thinking Skills as well as Functional Skills at Level 2. On successful completion you could progress onto Business Admin, Team Leading, Management or Advice and Guidance qualifications.
