The course is divided into four themes: 1. Scientific enquiry. This includes ideas and evidence in Science and investigative skills 2. Life processes and Living Things. This includes humans as organisms, food, health, Inheritance and evolution, circulation, homeostasis and the nervous system 3. Materials and their properties. This includes classifying materials, material life cycle analysis, chemical reactions and useful products from organic sources (fuels and polymers) 4. Physical Processes. This includes waves, radioactivity, energy transfer, the Earth and beyond.
