e GEM programme is an opportunity for young people to gain a professional qualification and valuable work experience at Incomunities Housing Association in Bradford. There is also the possibility of students being able to go on and complete the level 4 programme. This is a great opportunity for young people trying to decide upojn a career, and a great addition to any UCAS form! The professional qualification is completed during year 12 Students will complete this alongside A-levels Students do a work placement at Incommunities Housing Association Students will gain valuable work skills including communication, team work and customer service.
