This course is designed as a progression from a Level 2 Food and Drink qualification or substantial industry experience. Contents include: Silver service Plated service Flambe work Restaurant supervision Bar supervision Nationally recognised Functional Skills qualifications Learners will visit establishments in the industry and receive talks from guest speakers, as well as have opportunities to enter competitions. In addition, learners will also be expected to undertake part-time work experience within the Catering industry.
