This is a terrific new 5 week course to gain NOCN qualification at level 1 in Introduction to the Hospitality Industry. If you are considering roles such as bar work, coffee shop or similar, this is the course for you. At the end of the course you will know: • About main food commodities and safe storage • Services offered within the hospitality industry • Know the benefits of good customer service and different customer groups A £10 deposit is required for each of the above courses to secure your place. This will be fully refunded when you complete the course enabling you to gain your qualification for free
