Team Leading Intermediate Apprenticeship

This Apprenticeship is designed to meet the needs of employers of all sizes across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. This Apprenticeship is ideal for new and aspiring team leaders and covers topics such as: planning, allocating and monitoring the work of the team, giving feedback, briefing teams, supporting team members, managing conflict, resolving conflict, project management and improving customer service. Elements covered within this Apprenticeship include: Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading Principles (Technical Certificate) Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Team Leading (Competency Element) Functional Skills at Level 1 in maths, ICT and English Employee Rights and Responsibilities Personal Learning and Thinking Skills Job roles could include: team leader, section leader, floor manager, helpdesk manager, trainee supervisor and team co-ordinator. Following achievement of this Apprenticeship, individuals could progress to study the Advanced (Level 3) Apprenticeship in Management.
