Graphic design at the Isle campus has established a national reputation for its high standard of achieving students. The extended diploma offers you the opportunity to experience a wide range of design ideas from the creative industries, including advertising, promotion, magazine and CD design, web design and animation. The course promotes innovative idea generation in design, combining the use of traditional and new technology. Excellent studio facilities support the programme including large graphic design studios, an integrated Mac suite with industry standard software, including the Adobe Master Collection (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), Quark Xpress, Freehand, Final Cut Pro, Director, Fontlab and others, with access to a digital photography studio.
