This course caters for those who are beginners as well as those with some experience. Learn how to make Christmas themed chocolates Christmas novelties and of course your very own chocolate Santa. We will show you how to gift wrap as presents or simply unwrap slowly and devour when you get home.We will give you a brief demonstration of how to temper chcocolate and then its full on hands in chocolate making. Whilst youre busy making we will give you a background to both the history of chocolate and modern chocolate then you will package all your goodies beautifully before filling your party bags ready to take them away.
